What is the process of beginning an engagement with a Transformation Through Conversations expert?
Our engagement process starts with a discovery meeting that allows us to co-create impactful programs with our clients. We have access to thousands of programs, and we are trained to identify the best solutions for the company specific gaps or goals that we are addressing.
How do you quantify your impact and measure it to show client benefits?
We love this question! We define our success through our clients' success. We establish key metrics with each client we collaborate. We measure leadership programs via retention scores, reduced voluntary terminations, productivity, eNPS and we measure sales programs via close ratios and results. We measure culture via an engagement score and collaboration markers.
What if we don't have a training or HR manager to coordinate the process?
At Transformation Through Conversations, we are seasoned HR professionals, and we can fully support the training and development management process through our consulting or Fractional Learning Leader services. We co-create programs, manage the scheduling and implementation, provide executive updates and create your leadership development tracker across your organization.
